Not real good for a business traveler! I got in the room and immediately set the A/C as low as it would go. They were working on it, but had no idea how long it would take to fix. However I was thrilled that I was able to check in early! The front desk person did inform me that they had an issue over the weekend and currently there was no wireless internet or in room phone services. When I arrived to the hotel, I was not aware that the check in time is actually 4 pm.
